At the heart of the new Dooley’s Grill & Bar is Onur Üresin, winner of MasterChef Türkiye 2024, bringing his talent, creativity and years of culinary experience to Loughton.
With a passion for celebrating the rich flavours of Anatolia, Onur brings a fresh perspective to traditional Turkish cuisine. Drawing inspiration from recipes and flavours from across the region, he combines authentic culinary heritage with modern techniques, refined presentation and his own distinctive signature style.
His involvement marks an exciting new chapter for Dooley’s. Working closely with the restaurant, Onur brings the creativity and expertise that earned him the MasterChef title to create a dining experience that feels both rooted in tradition and distinctly contemporary.
From thoughtfully reimagined classics to beautifully presented dishes, the menu celebrates the depth and diversity of Anatolian cuisine while introducing something fresh and exciting to Loughton.
