The menu at Dooley’s Grill & Bar is expected to showcase flavours inspired by Anatolia’s rich culinary heritage. While preserving the essence of traditional dishes, the chef will add his own signature touches, with the aim of introducing Turkish cuisine to the UK from a fresh perspective.
